Co-ed Softstick: To further grow the sport of lacrosse locally, HR Lax has initiated a pilot program using STX Softsticks for 5-6 year old players. Initially, all practices will be held in the Great Neck area of Va Beach. However, if signups and numbers support, HR Lax will expand the offering to other Hampton Roads geographic areas. Our goal is to have a programs located at the beach, on the peninsula and in the central Norfolk area. Ultimately, we envision a softstick program at all areas supporting HR Lax teams.
