HR Lax, founded in 1995, believes that our mission is to encourage, foster and promote the growth of youth lacrosse in the Hampton Roads area. We believe in placing a “stick in every hand” and affording all players the opportunity to participate in the experience of lacrosse. We envision a future which offers people everywhere the opportunity to discover, learn, participate in, enjoy, and ultimately embrace the shared passion of the lacrosse experience.
