Welcome to Hampton Roads Girls Lacrosse
Our girl's youth region extends from Williamsburg, VA to the Outer Banks of NC, from Va Beach, VA to Suffolk, VA and all points in between.
The 2011 Spring Season opens with games on March 5th, 2011.
Our mission is to get a stick in every girl’s hands. Our league is expanding every year, adding new teams as girls express an interest to learn and play lacrosse. If you don’t see your area listed, please contact Girls’ Youth Commissioner Misty Brownell for details on establishing a team in your area.
The league will supply each girl with a nice jersey in their area’s team colors (sizes Youth - S, M, L or Adult - S, M, L). This is theirs to keep and wear on game day and any other day to support their team. Due to the various preferences for shorts, skirts, or skorts, each player will supply her own (must be black).
Other equipment required: colored mouth guard, girls’ lacrosse stick, protective eyewear. Cleats/turf shoes are optional; sneakers required otherwise.
