This is the Chapter website for the Hampton Roads Chapter of US Lacrosse and the “Fastest game on two feet.” 

Extending from Williamsburg, VA to the Outer Banks of NC, and from Va Beach to Suffolk, HRLax has a team for everyone. Co-ed soft-stick for 5 & 6 year olds, Youth Boys and Girls, High School Boys & Girls, and Mens & Womens adult teams.
